4ac emission control info. sticker

i am needing the specs on a 4ac emission control information sticker as i have a rolla that used to have a 4k. atm the car is running like shit and it needs love. thanks

I have a complete manual with full info on all emissions control stuff for a 4ac. Basically 90% of it isnt nessecary and wont make it run better/worse. The only things you need are to block off/remove all entries to the carb and to mess around with the fine tuning on the distributor and fuel idle and flow screws till you get it running right. This is presuming that the carb is running properly and the engine is healthy.
