just head down to your local steel supplier or engineering shop, 51mm ID is a pretty common size they tell me.
just get an off cut.

I got an ae92 TRD yellow shock here that I don't need.
Its stuffed, cracked case. Yours for postage cost.

if u dont mind me asking - what did you need the used shock/insert for?
making coil-overs - but friend of mine says agx are great so ill roll with them i think... unless some good nick TRD's or tokiko something like that turns up i might go that way instead.
also i hear agx have a very high rebound over bump which will work well with my setup
