Does your wiring codes look like the 1 on the left? I've got a 89661-1A480 and according to club4ag its meant to be the same pinout as what they show, but i've reduplicated it on the right. Wire colour codes doesn't seem to match up. Still trying to figure out the pinouts, nothing is printed inside the PCB (only A1...A11, A12...A22 etc).

with your diagram there tuned86, just be aware that if you dont tie the ac request line "high" (to 12V) the ECU will always idle up for aircon. Just removing it isnt quite enough.

What do you normally do about "CF", chased the wire to the main relay box. Guessing the ECU can bypass the thermoswitch and turn on the "Cooling Fan", is that one is for the AC fan maybe?
