Detroit lookers are still technically ILLEGAL... But wont give you the awkward trying to turn a corner infront of cops chirp chirp chirp that makes them instantly jump on you..

reece get a 2way lsd if possible.

ive got a locker in mine . you can go for a drive in it if you want. . driving through hairpins like natio or galston at normal legal speed sucks. parking at westfield or even reverse parking sucks and understeers a little. basiclly suck ball for daily duties .

only plus is the both wheel spins and good only for the track . if i had the cash ( im saving for it ) i would put back my trd 2 way straight up .

hey john , a kaaz lsd is around 1700$ for the g series and the fact i dont drive it alot kinda tells me to go locked, so i think it should be fine driving. I am gonna take the diff out soon and try to re-shim it tighter. If it lasts 1 month or 1 year ill eventually lock it i think.

How does it feel at natio ? does it wanna undesteer heaps

yeah a little around the off cambered sweepers at natio. cant go full throttle (even tho i wouldnt) because it will overtseer but at the same time you cant really go slow because it feels each back wheel is working against each other and again same deal when taking the tighter sections because your constantly changing speed and your diff cant adjust..

where as a lsd there is some slip, which helps and when the road straightens up you put your foot down and both wheel lock which again is what you need.

imo man, even tho you dont daily your car . you've spent heaps on your car doing it right . dont cheap out on the last bit. it will also longer the life span of your bearings and gears.

lastly ive got a gutt feeling that my gears and bearing are getting hammered by both my wheels being locked.
