    Default 4age bearings

    what i want to know, are rod and main bearings the same in bigport (3rib) and smallport (7rib) blocks (ie standard sizes)

    there are differences in cranks........40mm and 42mm

    im pretty sure that 3 rib was the 40mm and the GZE and 20v and smallports were 42mm

    someone correct me if i am wrong

    Best description is
    3 rib = 40mm 18mm
    7 rib = 42mm 20mm (as this includes some MR2 early AE92 bigport low compression motors. All have the big crank.)
