As some of may know the Atsushi Kuroi has recently passed away after a scoot accident on the way from work on 2/2/2010.

This is a email from Megumi, Kuroi's sister:

My brother's accident might be a hit-and-run accident.
We launched a signature-collecting campaign to ask police to investigate it more and longer because it was an unwitnessed death.
After one month and they could not find any new information, Japanese police might close the case.

So, we have a favor to ask.
