Possibly have the lines the wrong way around. Get someone to pull it and check if the master cylinder level moves up. I know time in psi20v had this problem.

hey guys i originaly had the lines the wrong way took it apart i pulled the handbreak and it pushed fluid outer the middle so go figure i mad that go to the rear brakes. and yeah it was simply and i knocked it up in 30min shame it dont work lol. on the hoist i spin wheels up and rip it it will stop the wheels its bleed perfect because my normal brakes work really good.

The reason it works shit is because como calipers have a large piston/bore size which requires more pressure on them for less clamping effect, running a smaller bore size mc will better the problem but changing to a smaller size caliper piston will make it work better.

i have vs calipers with greenstuff pads in my ae86 3/4 mc and its rubbish, i now have a 5/8mc i will be installing.
I hav ke70 front calipers in my ke70 old rubbish pads 5/8mc and its 5 times better than the sprinter.

end result ke calipers smaller bore size more pressure for less force!!

you can always weld on a longer handle but that means it has to move further, just get killer brake pads and change to a 5//8mc or change back to 31 calipers and remove the manual adjuster mechanism, it worked for me for a few track days but im prety sure 31 have a smaler bore.

it doesnt move much because you have sucha big mc bore pushing shtloads of fluid at once, the hb design looks not too bad, the best design has the mc link pin pivoting directly above the hb pivot point or just in front so that doesnt seem ur problem
