Should only prime with the key to IGN, not ACC. But anyway, what you need to check si whether the relay clicks every time but the pump doesnt whirr every time, or whether the CO relay only clicks 2/5 times and the pump whirrs every time the relay is heard clicking.

That will tell you whether it's a wiring issue in the key barrel/main power area or whether its a pump or at least wiring to the pump issue.

Relay looks like this, when you switch the ignition on, you will feel it click or something.

Offtopic, how does the 7a go with adaptronic?

What are your prime time and trigger timout in the special function tab of warv? How is the engine wired? with a factory setup or a 'custom' loom?

CO Relay is Circuit opening relay. The name toyota gives to the fuel pump relay. The prime and timeout settings should be 3000ms and 300ms respectively, so everytime you turn the ignition on, you should hear the pump for 3 seconds and the hear the relay click off again. Once you have located it (it should be in the dash/cabin area somewhere) just check it for consistent operation as above.
