    Default 4agze ecu

    Hey Iam currently doing a turbo conversion on my GZE. Ive been told that using a standard GZE ecu with a SAFC2 wont work, because of ignition and timing problems? Ive just been reading on some of the threads and many of you guys are running stock gze ecus fine with a turbo setup.

    It works fine, used the stock gze Ecu with 13 psi on a ae92 afm setup for years. Runs abit boggish down low due to over fueling but as revs go up leans out and rips hard.

    Restricted to around 140-150 kw due to afm or ae101 boost cut on Ecu , afm doesn't have the boost cut so it's more workable. It's good enuff but nothing beats standalone on a 4agte

    Yer iam running a late model 4agze which is map sensored. I think the ecu is restricted to 14 psi? I only plan on running about 12 psi.

    Yer boost cut is around 14 psi , usually when you turbo the ae101 you don't suffer from engine knock as the sc12 is removed, like I said the only problem is the ecu over fuels at low rpms other then that the Ecu gives awesome a/f and idles better then a factory 4a
