Heya,
I thought I should make people aware that dealing with Ozzy Tyres is a total nightmare. I'm not sure whether this is against forum rules or not so delete the thread if necessary.
I ordered payed for a set of Konig Rewinds from Ozzy Tyres on the 7th of January. I was told they were in stock but in fact they were not. I now am still in the dark as to what is going on no less than 9 weeks since payment. Every three or four days I call only to get a response of "call back next week". It's such a shame these are the Australian distributers of Konig because the service is dismal. Yeah sure I can get a refund but they're the distributer... What ever happened to service where the customer is king? Where a business would CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK instead of the customer doing all the legwork?
Not once was I called back and not once has it seemed like I am paying for a service.
Anyway they were supposedly "landing" today but now I have to call back next wednesday so heres hoping I'm one step closer...
