It tends to do that cause its quite difficult.. Especially after playing MW2..

MW2 is a shit game so easy and full of hacking noobs!

Battlefield is different and requires more team playing and skill

Ok, so i bougth this game this week, installed it... Start it up, get a black screen for a while, then crashes back to desktop, tried switching my refresh rate up etc, still nothing. Tried reinstalling and still nothing... Video card is an ATI x1050 running XP. Anyone wana help Reallyyy wana spend all monday playing hahaha.

Yea I did a google search, told me to change my refresh rate and that, i've tried that and still no cigar. tried installing an updated directx, nothing...

is it a 256 or 512 card? updated drivers? restarted your pc after installing battlefield?

so when you start the app its just a black screen? if you are north brisbane i have a graphics card that works (3) lol

yea 256, so its on the bare minimum... Updated the drivers the other night, yea restarted it all and shit, I think its the graphics card, but yea. How much for a graphics card? what sort is it?

i have a gforce go 8600 GT sitting here i just pulled out as i replaced it with a ATI HD4850

4850= very good choice

8800gt is still an alright card, but a bit slow these days unfortunately.

08ftwyo make sure you have the latest video drivers (downlaod new ones from nvidia or ATI)

prolly best to reinstall the latest ones if you have them already.

also i belive there is a brand new patch for BC2, so make sure you have that too.
