This is more a comment on Sun_moons warped view of Melbourne drivers, im 24 years old, so dont get me wrong im not sticking up for 30 - 55 y/o drivers, being a good driver comes with experience, simple as that. Not what city youve driven in. P platers are the freshest on the road, therefore the least experienced. Im not having a go at P platers at all, its just the facts.
Actually roughworld; experience isn't the only thing that makes a good driver. Knowing BASIC road rules helps too. (not having a go at you buddy just a friendly argument lol)
I think P platers are actually better drivers than a fair amount of people on the road, they know ALL the road rules as you have to just to pass the damn test, they use their indicators, which you see a lot of older drivers forgetting.
They're also more cautious, you don't see many new p platers swerving through traffic in a hurry somewhere, bar the odd few.
debate!
