Default JDM AE86 front disc DBA part number

very simple question for you tech heads,

i am after the JDM ae86 front disc DBA part number. (234mm...ish vented)

i would like both the standard partnumber and also the slotted rotors, though i belive they are the same number with an extra letter(s) on the end

cant seem to find ae86 on the website and would like to go to repco with the part number in my head. rather than have some noob tell me that they dont do rotors for import hoon cars.

and i know i can order them at AJPS, but my brother works at repco, so ill get them through him.

edit: found an RDA part number RDA7500S (s for slotted)

seems as per the catalogue off DBA there isnt a dba rotor available? anyone confirm?

    damn that sucks

    lets hope repco does RDA!

or there is this other brand "silverline".....sounds awefully dodgy. cant even find a website. prolly just a renamed other brand.

or there is PBR, i might ask about them as well.

does anyone know the exact specs of the disc?

lookin at the DBA catalogue there is a little diagram.
    diameter/height/thickness/centre hole diameter/no' of holes.

i actually have a set of stuffed vented rotors at home, i guess i could just measure...but they are pretty rusty.

    just get the RDA ones.

Theyre ALL cast in china (brembo, rda, dba, pbr) (DBA still makes some motorsport rotors here)

The DBA are better in my opinion in finish, but generally attract much higher prices

I bought a standard front and rear set off Ebay from America including pads and freight for under $300. Not slotted

yer i saw those ebay jobbies, i have no reason not to get them appart from the fact im a little skeptical of ebay things, especially when they are that cheap.

i gave a few places a ring and trying to get the best price on RDA's, not cheap though...considering how small they are!!

the bloke i spoke to at repco said he once found a DBA rotor that suited (he had an sr20 ae71 apparnetly), but he coudlnt remember the part number......

I can understand your hesitation with Ebay gear, but I have been using the discs for a few months now. Done probably about 45 laps around Winton without any problems with the discs. Front pads really are only good for 5-7 laps, but if you go easy for 2 laps, you can get another 3 laps of hard work out of them. Remember these are standard pads and discs, and Ebay items at that. Overall, I would recommend them for road use.
