    18a... never heard of that done before! sounds completely different to any other rotary, even that 26b monster. probably not a great deal of custom work just a new crank.

    its called an eccentric shaft in a rotor... then intake and exhuast systems...

    as well as a bit of an idea of how to screw together a rotor.
