Costs about $200 delivered, and can be easily cut up to suit almost anything.

i had a go at making a template of a plastic water container....
3 hours later i decided i diddnt have all the idea thaught out.
in my head it was going to be awsome.

i bet its pretty heavy!
cool idea though.
the easiest way would be to make a mould out of something cheap and easy, like cardboard and wood. then go nuts with fibreglass matting and resin.
glass is really easy to work with, and you cant really stuff it up. unless you dont put enough hardener in.
you would need to plan the mould though, as you would need to do it in 2 parts, or maybe even 3. as you need to be able to get the mould out of the fibreglass when its finished.
you could make it pretty sweet looking, and you could make it mould around anything, like the brake booster/clutch thing etc. just cut out what you need to clear, and then patch it up again.
