Sounds like it could well just be a dead battery. When you say it has a problem when cold in the morning, does it start fine at all other times?

Before you get into anything else, try jump starting it in the morning and see how it goes. If all's good then a new battery should sort you out.

Has your starter motor come loose?

Check your starter motor. You can take it off and manually feed it 12v to make sure it works properly. If that's okay, then put a test light where your starter would go and make sure that when you have the key in "RUN" the light is on. If it goes on and then off again you have an electrical issue. You'll just have to trace it back to find the fault. A copy of the EWD (electrical wiring diagram) will help - look in the tech articles section.

Use some jumper cables, connect the battery negative to the earth on the starter and then connect the positive lead to the battery. Then just hold the positive to the positive terminal on the starter.
