    I have all new wheel bearings and diff bearings. Not sure about the pinion angle. The car is lowered but I don't think it is low enough to significantly change the pinion angle.

    so your saying that the vibration has started after you put the 1peice shaft in? are you able to put a 2-peice shaft back in and test it?

    (im thinking this may not be possible if your engine/diff is a custom job, to require the 1 peice shaft)

    how are your engine and gearbox mounts? you say its high rpm related, does it do it cruising at 100+ (5th gear off throttle)?
