did you check the fuel pressure?
and did you get inside that ecu with a laptop and watch the sensors when it dies?
Any other ideas?

coil.
78's
if its just been tuned then AFRs should be incheck.
did resetting cam timing make any difference?
I just put another ignitor and coil in it... Same issue.
I have never hooked a laptop up, dunno what I would be doing tbh.
Seamus is yet to change cam timing, but he and others think that's not the issue.
Anyone keen to come have a look

Buy a usb to serial adaptor and download the WARI software from adaptronic. Stick it in you laptop and fire it up. That is by far the best diagnostic tool you can own. Like sticking a computer into an ecu on a newer car but far easier.
Dont forget to save before you do anything.
I know a bit about computers etc, so I am fine doing that.. Just ecu yeaaahh.
I will see how I go.
marvis the 044 is a big pump and will move 200litres per hour .it could be cavitating the fuel as it is pushing that much up and back ,heating fuel up a lot ,which will cause your car to play up /also it will get worse in hotter weather as well .all you need for your car would be 130 litres per hour or vl turbo pump
try a 910 motorsport pump its about 130litres and use a relay so no fuel passes with the ign on ,only when you put your foot on the loud pedal ,i do this to mine and it helps and also you can control the fuel pressure with this set up as well in the lower rev range
