il vouch for that the goemetry fails, just takes more time and testing to get it to work and it is possible to get it to work well! That said my toyota sus setup in my ae86 is rubbish to drive!!!!

yeah the steering in the last half of the lock feels terrible and binds up...
surely can be 'got around'
but its far from ideal
Benifits:
- Strong R200 diff (or super strong if you go for the R230) - F series is also bulletproof
- Far less unsprung weight - Bet mine handles better with toyota gear...
- Relatively easy and well documented 5-stud conversion - 5 stud? for mega gay wheels!
- Disc brakes with large upgrade potential - can do all this on toyota gear
- Coilover rear shocks - 86 readily available
- Huge aftermarket support in adjustable coilovers, brake packages and camber/castor/toe adjustment kits, driven by all the cashed up dorifto boys and girls. - just as much support for the 86
To do all this right your going to need a spit to get in upside down - its a massive job! like said their is a build thread where this has been done before. just GUT the S13 and you wont be far off the weight of a corolla with an SR. and the cost of your S13 will only be a 1/3 of what the finished project will cost you.
