they need a polish but are stright and have no gutter rash as i dont think these would of seen the road to tell you the truth. they have been made by cutting the lip off a wide 13 (say 10j) and welding another lip off another rim (say 10j) and banded. NO, tyres are not included, this is only for the rims
i know these are pretty much useless to 95% of people on here but for people whom like collecting stuff like this, this is posted for you.
