rev limiter for an oldschool 5l?

hey guys my bro is after a rev limiter for his v8 in his mud racer, its oldschool carby dizzy stye, ive seen em round but dont know where to get one from, cheers for your help

I rekon if you have a search on Rollaclub, you might be able to find a how-to on making one. I am fairly certain I have seen on there some people making them using an aftermarket tacho (with shift light) to trigger some relay wchich then cuts power to the coil or something along those lines.

There are aftermarket tachos you can buy with a rev limiter built in, i have a mallory one i was going to use in my old monaro, or you can buy a shift light which has one built in also
, or you can put a msd on it and get more power and a rev cut.
