if you get a generic style one that is a goodish style, from a generic super cheap style or what ever, you can buy alloy plate, that is used for windows and stuff, that is shaped like

so you mount one to your rad and the other to your thermos, and the gap the slight bend makes is enough for the head of a bolt to fit without trashing your fins, but close enough to still get suction.
