not receiving PM alert e-mails?

i seem not to be receiving PM alert e-mails anymore. checked spam box, not in there. checked to see if that setting was turned off with the forum update for some reason, its still set to on.

any ideas?

i noticed this too when dc changed servers. they were being sent to my junk mail box and were deleted automatically after 10 days so i just clicked on the not junk button in hotmail and it fixed it for me

this might be a stupid question but how do you do that with hotmail?

go to your inbox, on the right hand side near the top click options, then go downto 'more options'

then click junk mail settings or something

safe mailing list then add to the list and presto fixed.

im now using g-mail and its a lot better, my old e-mail accounts have now all been re-directed to gmail but the messages where filtered by hotmail which i hadnt checked. fixed now i think.

Hence the reason I hate allowing hotmail on signups.

i heart g-mail x50 time more then hotmail, its the gear to use.

Gmail has taken care of my 30 odd email accounts since 2003.
