fuel cells

Hey im looking at running a fuel cell in my drift car as the boot floor is non existent due to rust and the fuel tank will probably fall out as well soon, just wondering if it has been done before? and any recommendations on what sort, poly or ally, and what size for a 1.6l turbo engine for track days, foam or no foam. Also anywhere that sell them in S.A.
Does anyone else run them are they good?
I have found a few on ebay and i know they are pricey.

i bought mine from vpw. i used foam filled poly, faced the pick up towards the rear and got away with using no surge tank that way. mine was about 30L which was heaps even for street driving, though my car was NA.

appazza the foam can break down eventually and block the fuel pump.. but i think that takes years, i.e heaps longer than the life of most well modded drift ae86s.

Something to keep in mind, some of the foams used are not alcohol safe, and using ethanol blended fuels may cause them to perish aot quicker, and as Slydar said it will block pumps.
