4age quad carbies

hey guys,

im keen of doing a quad carby for the 4a, cant find much info. anyone got any links? how do i determine the runner lengh? what are a good brand of bike carbies? what would be a good size, i have heard carbies off a 1000cc. i heard for the best power gain is to run the carbies out of a plenum, then i guess run a cold air intake. that is what i would like to tackle for my daliy drive.

This has been covered before, but I'm guessing it's hard to find.
If you have the cashmoney, do keihin FCR's, or MSR's.
Slide throttles are what you want, most sportbikes have them.
1000cc would be a little bit too big, depending on what other work you're doing to your engine. 750cc is probably better for something with mild cams, high compression etc.
You will need to do the normal things when converting to carb such as modifying a 4k-c dizzy to work, etc etc. It's pretty straightforward, has been covered before.
For ideas on a plenum, cold air would be a plus, as well as limiting the amount of turbulence the air has before entering the runners.
