yes, will fit a ksev no worries mate
narr i mean like in the gaurds
should be fine mate. should sit just about flush with stock gaurds, no flaring.
you MAY want to lip the inside of the front gaurds so there's not a sharp edge, but you'll be running low profile tires anyway so shouldn't get any scrubbing.
if in doubt, use this: and compare your current wheel diameter and offset to a 7inch +5 offset rim

Yes, identical pairs. I am unsure why they're different offsets.. especially considering how similar they are (can't tell the difference visually, but they're stamped +4 and +5 each pair)
