ok so i stuffed up i didnt do the ring and now they have come and bit me in the ass, they are not good blows a bit of smoke, so i will drive it like that and i have decided to build a 16v 7age, have done my research now i need parts.
on a good note i bought a hsd 8kg coilover kit from otomoto so will be takling the sussy for now as the motor will last ages.

You sure its rings, or could just be stem seals?
nah i though you were talkin about wat cams to get, not so much down on power but i blows shit loads of blue smoke and that means two things, rings or stem seals
CR is fine all around the 180 mark. i def rings as i did the valve stem seals
