I don't know exactly when in feb at this stage I'd say mid to late so like some time between the 15th and the end of the month.
All just depends on when my sister has her kid.

I'm going to brissy for a week so I'll upload a video when I get back as I will have to throw the radiator and tailshaft back in as I have the motor already ready to come out.

The engine does look filthy in the above picture but that's just because i've never cleaned it in the whole year I have owned it. I'll give it a wash and post a picture with the video.
Let me know what you need as you can have the engine, box, pedal box, tailshaft clutch cable, engine mounts pretty much everything I don't need for my 4AGE.

So I pulled apart the 7 Rib block this arvo and was just having a read through that bill sherwoods 4AGE page turns out this block is a 7 rib big port. Its 7 rib with no oil squirters. Check out how much bigger the connecting rods and gudgeon pins are than the standard bigport.
Don't know if they are stock but these came off my carbied 4age I got off Hitoriko apparently it was in a ke30 race car.

Also got stuck into the car a little bit and ripped out all the door cards, kick panels and chrome trim around the windows.

Got stuck into the rolla more tonight ripped out the most of the interior. Seats, carpet, centre console, lower console and most of the dash.
Ripped off the chrome trims on the outside of the car gutters and got them off without ruining them.
Took off the headlights, grill, bumper, beaver panel and blinkers. Will upload some pictures tomorrow morning when I get to work. Can't wait to get the 4AGE in.
Going to paint the engine bay black then throw in the 4AGE and get it running so I can take it for a spin then have some incentive to get the rest of the car done.

Just a pic of the engine bay so can get a before and after.

I was going to do a full respray but as I'm going white I'll just paint the whole outside, engine bay, door jams and boot and underbody in body deadener.

The floor doesn't have any rust neither does the roof so I don't see any point repainting it if I'm just going white.

Got a little bit more done tonight. Was hoping to get the engine out but didn't get that far as I took my time and attached tags to all the wires and pipes so I know what goes where and can work out what I do and don't need.

I got the bonnet off, tailshaft out, exhaust off, engine and gearbox totally loose and ready to just lift out and removed the radiator.

How does the clutch cable come out anyone?
Do I loosen it at the top where you adjust it in the firewall then just unhook it from the fork or does it undo at the fork end?
Its the only thing I haven't done as It was getting dark and I didn't have a work light.

Every day I'm just soo keen to get stuck into it now. Just wish I had the money to buy everything I want for it. Got Soooooo much to go in this thing I can't wait till its on the road and running.

clutch cable comes out by unhooking it from the pedal box then taking all the curclips off and pull it out from the engine bay

Just thought I'd upload some pics of my old datto I did up so you can see how I like to finish my cars.
I smashed it a couple of weeks later after finishing it and never got to the engine bay. I had an l20B with an l18 head and mild cam to go in but smashed it before I got to put it in.
