UPDATE!!
Well I was going to do this tomorrow but since im awake I might as well say it now. Pretty much sfa work has happened to it in the last year, and more recently the only bit of update would be I got a t28 for it (which is a kinda pathetic update).
So i've come to the realisation that with the state of the body (rust and paint) and the things I want to do, I just don't have the time to complete this step in the time frame i've got (back to sliding early next year!). This means I will be moving on from this car in order to achieve my goal. I am sad to do this but it looks like it has already found a new home, someone who can get the job done, and done quick! So what does this mean?
I am not getting out of the 86 scene. As you can probably see ive got No.5 lined up. Since a few months after having goldy, ive been on the lookout for a replacement shell to rid me of rust repairs. Shell had to be minimal rust but not too good. Ive had a few wrong choices but seems like ive found something to fit the purpose. Introducing No.5....
It's a 1986 GT-Apex Levin Notchback with some nice bolt on parts. Overall it's pretty good, a little rough around the edges but minimal rust (the rust that is there aint hard to fix). That's all for now, I will make a new thread about it within the next few days but work on it will start next week![]()

Probably would only do it if the clear coat on the carbon fiber gets destroyed anytime soon. Otherwise I would get a fiber glass bonnet![]()
