IHI VF23 Turbo, excellent condition.
As removed from my halfcut today, 1 IHI VF 23 turbocharger in excellent condition, zero axial movement, and very minimal thrust play.
This is a ball bearing turbo, and in my experience deliver much better results on a 4a than the usual T28.
I suspect that this turbo has recently been replaced as it is in such good condition and tere is very little sut in the turbine housing. That said I have purchased this halfcut with 130,000km on it, so whether the turbo has been replaced or not it still has not had a hard life.
The turbo will come with water lines and oil drain, wastegate pressure on these is around 12 psi from emmory, can check for buyer if need be.
The turbo is located in Liverpool Sydney, can post if need be.

Can now do this for $500 as I made a bit more than I expected on other parts.
