What arms etc you running up front? What's the first thing that limits your lock?
me? my quick rack will be the limiting factor in my setup, but i have jdi arms, ajps rose jointed adjustable lca's, ajps adj tierods.
it is all overkill considering quaiffe racks have less lock than a standard rack but i wanted wider track up front and the ability to get more teeth put on my rack for more lock if required
you really shouldnt be hitting your lca though. not with just p/s arms. is it possible you have some modified p/s arms?

Definitely regular ps arms, no welds and look exactly the same as standard arms but shorter!

I've got a manual rack, ps arms with ajps tie rod ends and I don't think I have any binding issues. I will check and get back to you.
ive got a steering box which allows unlimited lock with PS arms and corona lcas and the wheel fucks up the inside of the wheel arch before it hits anything, haha.

Yer it's not so much binding, don't think it can really even do that with standard setup. just annoying that people install lock spacers etc, and i'm not even using the whole standard rack lol!
cheersmake sure you have the suspension sitting where it normally does under load
ye its probably not, no rca's and car is quite low about 75-85mm at the sills gets shitload of lock with the steering box though, haha.
