That's about the best out there short of Castrol SRF, or GS610. But significantly cheaper than either of them at $65 for a 1L bottle.

Wet and dry refers to the amount of moisture that the fluid has absorbed. 'Dry' refers to 0% water, whilst 'wet' refers to 2% moisture absorbtion. Pretty much all Dot 4 brake fluid, whether it's high performance (like an RBF) or normal street fluid will go 'wet' after between 6-12 months.

That's why replacing fluid regularly is more important that buying super duper pads as you can see the massive difference 'wet' makes to fluid performance.

Also, need to update that, the 1L bottle is now $65... still miles cheaper than SRF at $130/L....

I'm sure out standard for wet is only 2% (not 3.7%), but I could be wrong... either way wet is no more than 12 months of regular use.

No, so it's fine for street use, and fine to mix with existing brake fluid (ie. don't need to flush system out completely before use).
