Contemplating selling my trueno. It's todds old ae86. Bought it for $8600, put new brakes in, king springs, adjustable koni's, fixed up the interior, put in an alpine head unit, kicker 6 inch splits up front, 6 inch 3 ways in the back. Had it all tuned and serviced. Also had all the dents fixed. Spent a few grand on it easy. What do you think I should advertise it for if I do go ahead and sell it? The Aristo I just bought is sexy as fuck but I don't have the finances to pimp 2 cars. Hmmm...

Ahh you would be suprised. I looked into painting my car and couldn't beleive how much they are charging these days. A good quality respay would set you back about 8k from what I have found out and a complete paint job around the 15k mark. Cheap resprays are a thing of the past it would seem...Lol. I'm sure you could get it done for around 4k min but as to the quality of workmanship and or paint, i guess you would only get what you pay for.
brads defently right, you get what you pay for. I payed $4,500 for my respray, that included cutting out some rust and some dent repairs. I'm really happy with the end result, it still looks as good as the day i got it painted over a year ago.
yeah paint jobs something that is either really really good or really really bad.
pay the extra and get a really really good one

In need of some front fenders from KE70/AE71/AE86/anything from the 80's
as ill be cutting off the wheel arches to put on the back of my GZ11 soarer.
If anyone knows of a place i can go and get for cheap as, or if anyone has some fenders sitting around / has a wreck let me know

why dont you just buy some arches. like what matt has on his 180
because i want metal ones to shape, plus, the ones from yahoo jp (240z copies) only come in 50mm and 60mm , and thats too big.
