    Don't know if they're gonna start running praccy again at Calder but they do have DA there, maybe if DA goes well they'll bring it back.

    Yoshi is pretty switched on and just loves drift so I have high hopes for DA, Drift Attack has always been a sick event.

    i ripper da head off today

    i sse nothing but a worn valve. i put it in my lathe and i measured 1 thou out.
    so pretty much its not bent and nothings been dropped down there.

    so easy fix. everything is on its way including a spare head for back up

    probably should have done that before buying anything. i guess you can build a better engine on the side with cams etc while driving with the current one

    Good work clay, hopefully your back onto a winner soon.

    yesterday my car seemed to fuel surgeing, Went to the survo filled up, still going I couldnt accelerate much and it wouldnt go over 4000 rpm, so I pulled over the side of the road and was revving the engine, revved fine them buuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrr nothing. Felt around in my pod filter to see if anything was sucked in there blocking the air supply, and my pod filter ( which i could not see but only feel) had a hole in the end of it! Soo I limped it to my old mans, pulled the pod off and the little metal cap on the inside of the tappered cone had come off and was getting sucked against the throttle body cutting off air supply!

    I shit myself when something mechanical plays up on my car as it has a reputation for being incredably reliable!

    yeah thats the plan rio. i got the head cheaper than what valves would of cost me. plus i have a haed to play around with porting.

    i still don't know why i just suddenly lost compression??? bores are mint still has honeing marks after 118k kms (unless its had work?) so nothing went through it, wasn't over revved. just stopped sealing?
