that never happens, there was a big carry on at a toyota dealership, where a 2nd year did an auto flush on a corrola and put the wrong oil in (i cant remember if there dex3 or type J) and the box shit it self, toyota tried to fire the apprentice (3rd warning) over the matter, then the apprentice board said that he should of been supervised at all times and its the tradesmen's fault, toyota then qickly dropped it and rehired him (there wouldnt of been a mechanic with him)

they did what they wanted to do, bring America to there knee's, America thought they were king shit for too long and no one would touch them and they were wrong, in saying that (this is from last year) the sniper count over there was like 3000 people (snipers only) so we are killing alot over there

at my work the tradies have to sign off that theyve checked off the apprentices work and legally each apprentice must be working WITH a single tradie. only thing different from the tradie doing the work themselves is it is not guaranteed just in case something goes wrong so no one gets fired. that doesnt mean everyone involved wont get their asses kicked.
