They make Falken RT615K's in 195/60/14, but they're semis afaik. As for street tyres I'm pretty sure you can get KU31's in 195/55.

Monitors are actually more commonly kept as pets than you may think. If you have the money to feed them, there should be no problems. Their "venom" (bacteria) dries up from the mouth when eating fresh food, rather than the typical rotting roadkill too.
