yeah biggo hasnt been around since he got his carina (or whatever it is) into a decent state. Hes probably drink sliding somewhere right now

whats everyones opinions on "common law vehicle registration" and "common law driver licencing"?

not illegal technically. Only issue you will have is if you have an accident and someone gets injured because you dont have a greenslip.
You can get a greenslip but then you lose privacy that way and all the benifits are lost.
I worked out today if i sell my cars at realistic figures, fc e30 and no5 i have about 18-20k to play with

Uhh, it is illegal...
As in there is only one LEGAL place where you can register your cars...
So driving around on plates from these places is like driving unregistered....
the issue raised is that making us pay for rego and licencing continually conflicts with common law.
So its a legal conflict so you can get away from it. However police and other authorities can take the rego and licencing away if you do anything wrong. So if you do the wrong it can be worse than having normal rego and licencing
Anyone know if 14's will fit over CA brakes? Guy I know's considering going S13 front in his GC, Sigma stuff isn't really up to the task of stopping a 350hp 4G63. Even if the car only weighs ~950kg

I don't see where this "grey area" is that you keep speaking about. Its pretty black or white. You're registered with the authorities or you're not...
The Australian states ALL have a road / transport authority that is the ONLY one authorised by LAW to issue licences / registrations and enforce it.
So this is a pretty fucking dumb idea probably created by people who don't want to pay MONEY that goes to the system that pays for the roads we drive on.
