    Default 20v rwd clutch options

    Hi everybody!

I need to know what clutch options i have that are available for a 20v rwd application. The motor is stock and it comes with this flywheel which i can only assume is the standard 20v flywheel? (im a bit uneducated when it comes to 20v's)

now im not after a whoopdy doo clutch, i just need something that will work as i just need to get it on the road and not turn it into a money pit. So i ask what are my options? It will be running a T50, so will a 4ac clutch and pressure plate fit? or even the standard 20v clutch work? are they the same spline as a t50? or will i have to change to a different flywheel to fit a cheaper clutch up?

any info will be greatly appreciated!

    thanks

Any 212mm clutches should fit it: including 7AFE, 20V ST or BT, and AE92 4AGE.

I know in the past alot of people have said that 200mm clutches (4ac/bigport 4age) fit 212mm flywheels, but mine definitely did not.

slightly related to clutch selection, but what release bearing & fork did you use in your converion 70XIN? ive got and exedy clutch kit with b/t 20v flywheel (mated to the b/t 20v it came from), and am contemplating using the original adm t50, fork and release bearing.... its all sitting on the stand in my garage, so b4 i bolt it all in want to make shoure it is all going to work...

Yep, you use all T50 bearing/carrier/fork stuff. The FWD release bearing is a fair bit different and won't work

I have a blacktop + adm T50 that I am in the process of building up -to put in a small Suzuki 4wd.
Used a OEM silvertop flywheel and clutch, and the original T50 fork and thrust bearing.
Seems to fit and work ok so far.

nb. Actual blacktop flywheels are lighter - so everyones wants them and they are hard to find.
Got the OEM silvertop one for cheap.

    the above comment is correct:

apparently 5.9 for the BT and 6.9 for the silver, that's a silver in the picture. Many people run an Excedy heavy duty- myself included. It grips well, is affordable and feels like the original clutch.

Don't forget to install a spigot bearing in the flywheel.
    You will need a 6001.
I bought a 6001-2RS for $5 from ebay - you will be able to pick one up from a bearing shop local to you for a similar price
