Got Fuel and Spark but no start.

Hey guys having some issues,

motor was 20v bottom end, now has a fresher 20v bottom end with 16v head, standard cams, and computer. now i cant get it to start? i have fuel and spark but no run, timimng looks alright aswell, ideas what do i check for.

from what i can tell the looks like it use to be auto, as its a late model sprinter, has auto power lights on dash and stuff like that. but yeah, any help would be good, it was also like the computer isn't getting power as no engine light when reds are on, please help.....

As a starting point check you have fuel at injectors and not just the cold start injector

is it cranking? if is cheak to see if the injectors are opening

how have u checked for fuel and spark that you know its getting it?
and are sure timing is correct?

also if it is sparking then the ecu will be powered

if its pumping fuel in and not firing = flooding the engine?

would need to know more about what the engine is doing when cranking it to give better help
