For track days I run 205 50's on 15x8 0 superlites. They have a slight stretch and on a sprinter with rolled but not flared rear guards, they'll scrub slightly if I hit a bump.

I think 205s work better on an 8 inch rim.

195/50's are good on anything up to a 10.5.
