Default adpatronics...talk to me, whats the go with them, everyone seems to be running them

    allo allo
like the title says, i can't help but notice everyone is running adaptronics, pretty sure noah had his ark rewired with one as well
so it begs the question why are so many people running thier 4a's with them?
i live out in the sticks so i have no idea whats happening! do they come with a patch loom to make for easy install (i know how lazy you c*nts are!!) or just really easy to tune?
needless to say, i'm intrigued and wouldn't mind knowing the facts before i go shopping for an ecu

They are well priced (cheaper than most fully standalone ECU's), they have plenty of tuning resolution, and other cool features (they can properly control VVT on 20V's, etc). It also helps that one of the sponsors on here (Anthony - Kaizen Garage) is a supplier of the product, and knows an absolute shit-tonne about them, so you always have somebody to pester if you have questions or problems

dunno why you would want a patch loom for a 4AGE, only need a handful of wires or so to run it and it's a pain in the ass to find loom plugs.

from what I understand it's one of the few ECU's that can properly control something like the VVT on a 3sge beams engine, anything can control the VVT on a 20V as it's just simple but on the beams it's much more in it.
