Hey mate, how is your fuel pump wired? Do you use a COR?

Interesting bolt on accessory for a blacktop, being high CR and adding a SC... I've seen people turbo them with low bost with very successful results. Is that your plan, just attach it to the engine and get a good tune?

A common myth about the blacktop is it has the weakest rods out there because they are the thinest, but they are the strongest where it matters.

That's basically the idea for something a bit different, only plan on running about 7/8psi, also toying with the idea of putting two headgaskets in to lower compression. helladodgey.

Seems to be a thing that people selling forged rods/people that have just forked out for forged rods seem to say to justify them.

Anastasios, i didn't wire fuel pump so i have no idea haha

Two headgaskets should be fine, but I am sure you could just buy a slightly thicker one, just leave it by the time it blows up 20v's would be cheap as, haha.

Farrrk. Just read the entire thread. Can't wait for blacktop goodness of my own. You've made me decide that I need to weld in some front guards for the rear.
