There should be some gain. Exact size is debatable. I'd do it if I had some lying around and some free time.
But just double check that the cams you have are in fact the ones with higher lift (easy to check with a set of verniers). Not all bigports came with "bigport" cams.

What Hen said. Do it if you have some lying about. I had bigport cams fitted to my N/A Small Port and there is a noticeable difference in the mid range. For reference my car has the Intake/Headers/Exhaust and some mild head work w/ TODA head gasket. Should be more noticeable with the Supercharger - a guy over on the twincam forums reportedly made an extra 7whp/ 5lb after installing and dyno'ing his 4AGZE fwd Levin. As what Hen said, make sure it has the correct lift and duration.
Yeah i tracked some down for my ae101 ze, there sitting in the motor after re-building it but im yet to drive it, also the head has had a decent amount of porting and a few other bits thrown at it so it wont be a clear comparison.
I picked up a set for $40, I think its worth it, its a small lift increase and duration increase, combine that with maybe a nevo pulley kit (ha ha) and your on the money.
