westboro church seems to just purely exist to oppose anything generating public sympathy.. anyone remember when that soldier was killed in iraq and they protested at his funeral because he was ghey? there a video on youtube of a crowd of HUNDEREDS breaking down barriers, smashing their cars windows to get them as they leg it to safety.. so dont think ANYONE thinks these people are right. I reckon they do it just for attention and to get the word of god out in their extremest ways..
