attempt to steal my car

Just thought I would give people a warning who are in the S.E suberbs that someone got pretty close to stealing my car which was parked in a court in Endeavour Hills.

The opened the door lock with what appears to be screwdriver and broke a key off in the ignition.


It's likely they just picked on it because it's an 80s car which is easy to get into.

I do have a cheap alarm, all the remotes died one by one till I couldn't source any more. Time to replace it I think

Speaking of alarms, my alarm just stopped de activating my alarm, do I need to get the alarm pad re configured or somthing? Iv replaced the battery in the alarm pad

Did they bust the lock?

replace, fix or change to a solex type?

lock jammed but still working, if solex's are still available then I am interested.
