Hi all, putting this ke70 up for sale.
In all honesty i don't have the time or tools to finish it + I'm running out of room to store it so it has to go! I bought it a couple of months back with the intentions with finishing it but had to unexpectedly move house and now i got bugger all time to work on it with the new job.
So its a 82 or 83 KE70 wagon high roof
AE71 crossmember and pedalbox
20v 4age motor with a t50 and clutch installed
razorback ecu and hand controller
extractors and 2 1/4 mandrel bent exhaust 1 cat, 2 resonators and 1 muffler on back
xt130 struts and brakes
bosch coils
trumpets and sock filters
pre pump and a bosch pump
since i have had it i -
made the exhaust, a very well made exhaust! uses mandrel bends, proper reducers going from 2 1/2 down to 2 1/4 after the cat, tucked under real tight so you will be able to go really low without scraping. However the back half has only been tacked together and will require welding up to finish. Also the rear muffler needs welding on, it cut into position and ready to weld on. It will also need a couple of hangers to be welded on.
bought a second hand exceedy clutch and installed it aswell as the T50 and made a custom crossmember.
made a brand new loom for the razorback ecu and wired it in all nice and neat, but the loom still needs 1 or 2 wired joined and a water temp plug wired up. Ive also prepped 3 relays for ign, fuel pump and fan. Loom is out of the car currently
Cleaned up the engine bay wires and made it all nice and neat
Made up a few water block off plates for the back and side of the head, you still need an outlet for under the quads. This can be had for $80 off SAM Q
Things you will need to buy to finish it will be:
surge stank - i have a pre pump and a bosch pump, just need a surge tank
water outlet, as described above
starter motor, theres a 20v starter there but it doesnt fit
dizzy cover - can get this off SAM Q for $80
missing 2 bolts that bolt the caliper onto the strut, wrecker job
and it needs a tailshaft.
The motor has a drain on it as it used to be turbo'd, if you wanted to go down this road it would be a simple job as the ecu supports a turbo application.
So there is a few little things to finish but once completed this car will be some awsome fun.
I paid $1600 for this not so long ago and I'm only chasing for what i paid for it.
i cleaned the shit out of the box before putting it in
this is a pic of the old loom
this is my loom half done, its a bit more progressed i just don't have any recent pics
The car is located in Ashgrove qld. If your interested ring the number, i will not respond to txt's
