Not that I know of. There are so many dash variations for these flying around though.
Just checked through all my japanese sales brochures and none of those dash's are 220/240km/h ones either..
Only way to get a 220 dash would be to try and adapt one from another car or something?

This basically just swaps the faces around, not too sure how accurate it'd be but yeah..
