Flat front and Slant front bonnets didn't fit. I had to get one that was actually made to suit this front end. Beaver panel is also the proper one for this front.

Front bar is a KE70 panelvan one, end caps i just cut/shut/bogged to suit. Bumper mounts I made myself.

Oh and electric mirrors I'll most likely wire them up too, just need to get a switch from somewhere but I can do that later on anyway.

Clint.....Great work. This now looks pure JDM PORN. You must have put some hours into this car to get it to this stage!! I am currently painting my car and the body work/prep work takes FOREVER!! Where did you go in NZ. I went to Christchurch recently and there were bucketlaods of JDM toyotas at the car yards. It was pure paradise.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways ~ Beer in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ?WOO HOO - What a Ride

Thanks mate. Yeah took a while to prep the whole car. The body when i first got it wasn't that good, dinged badly and had quite a bit of rust.
But just doing the prep on the front end this time around was pretty intense, everything back to bare metal and all spray putty'd up to fill in scratches etc.
Flares took a bit too, getting them all even and smooth and shit. Re-did them twice.

Anyway. Starting pulling the front down again:

and finally got everything primed again for final rub back before paint:

This goes in for paint on Monday the 22nd of this month and hopefully i should have it all back by friday the 26th!

You won't hear from me until then.

    Lol. and yeah +1

Aeshetically, this is or will be WAY WAY WAY up there as one of the better Corollas in Aus IMO. Bonnet-off pic is an amusing reminder of the 4K still under there

Nah not full respray again, fuck that haha. Yeah I'll do your guards, it'll probably take me a week or so to get them all good. I just don't have a lot of time this month.

4K gives me the shits. Always breaking down/overheating. Not worried though as it'll be pulled out next year sometime. Still learning to steer it good anyways, it's a fun little motor to learn on

With all the mods so far I recon it wouldn't look half bad painted the original colour too.
