Still is a well looked after stock Aus delivered sprinter but has had a full respray in nitrate silver. no rust, no bog, no molesting of any kind.

This is going to be my daily driver for the next 6mths whilst I work on my R34 Skyline and save up for a 20v.

I will start a build thread down the track and include the before, during and after pics of the build to date.

yeh was his name nico? he had one the exact same that he restored and it looked exactly like this. not many guys restoring them with a 4ac so i thought it was his. i knew the previous owner to nico. its had a pretty good life but i never thought nico would sell it. im sure it wasnt cheap but it is definitely a clean car and worth the investment

Yeah Nico's his name.
He didn't really want to sell but due to other commitments...
We both walked away happy after the sale, not only $ wise but he knows it's gone to a good home and I've scored one of the best stock 86's around. When I do mod it it will be tasteful and definitely not a drift pig!
My end goal is a clean properly sorted 86 with a 20v. I hope to enter some hill climb events and a few track days but that's about it.
Stay tuned for the build thread in a few months, I have a few things to sort on my skyline first so it will be doing it's job as my a to b car for a while, and will continue to be driven whilst I source a decent blacktop and associated upgrade parts (brakes, diff etc). I will be investigating a 6 speed option that a mate of his has done on his 86 too.

I'll def have a look @ sam-q. I've got a lot of research on one of my hard drives somewhere, I used to own an 86 with a small port 4age 5-6 years ago but ended up selling it. Always regretted selling it, hence the new toy

That's a different looking water setup? Where does the top hose go? Or are you using some weird housings or something?? Looks like the top hose goes into where the water pump usually is?? Or am I just confusing myself?
