Had a new windscreen installed on the weekend! It's been a very long time since its been a complete car.

It's still to be lowered, and the wheels re-painted and polished. Might also ditch the canon for something a little more subtle.

Rebuilding the diff at the moment with a 2-way TRD LSD. Replacing a worn out bearing but the new one came the with a wrong size locking collar

thanks for the kind words guys. I'll check out that exhaust.

ae86 >> The centre was purchased "rebuilt" from Japan. I'm just replacing seals and bearings, and installing the centre. The bearings were from some shop in America called Pass Racing. Cost around $90 each delivered, and only took about a week to get here! Shame about the collar, but they have said they are sending a replacement straight away.

    Thanks Craig and Dazzla86.

    More progress:

Diff is finished and looking sexy.

Made a new cover for the inside of the hatch

    And a false floor

All the wiring, and the fuel tank in my car was taken from the red 86 in one of the pics on the first page. I had some issues with the fuel gauge not working, and after a bit of mucking about it turns out the sender is not the factory one! No idea what its from? (LEFT IN PHOTO)

It does 'work', though when the sender is at Full, the guage only reads just under 1/2 tank.

Not a problem.... I grabbed the sender from the original fuel tank from behind the shed, turns out some water got inside and b0rked it

Anyone got a spare one they want to sell?!

i wouldnt paint a car that colour any more either

the one you chose is spot on.

...the sender might be from an import with a digi dash.
